The practice building has been designed for disabled access. There is a disabled access point at the reception desk and disabled toilets. A wheelchair is available for those who require it for their visit. We would ask that you let us know if you need help, as your disability may not be a visible one.

We would also welcome any suggestions you may have in making your visit to the surgery easier.

Extended Access, Out of Hours, & Emergencies

Saturday morning surgeries are to be booked before the weekend.

Access to the surgery will only be available to patients that have an appointment booked.

Our phone lines will not be open during the weekend.
111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

Between 18:30 and 08:00, Monday to Friday, all day at weekends and on bank holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.

Non-urgent advice: Emergencies

In a genuine emergency you should call 999 and ask for an ambulance. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute as an emergency.
