All doctors operate "personal lists". This means that you will normally see the same doctor unless you require an emergency appointment or out of hours visit (in which case you could be seen by any doctor). We believe that personal lists benefit patients by providing continuity of care, and by building a better understanding between doctor and patient.

All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.

The average pay for GPs working in Bridge Road Surgery in the last financial year was £70,793 before tax and National Insurance. This is for 3 full time GPs and 3 part time GPs who worked in the practice for more than six months.
