The NHS app is the best way to manage your medication. You can use it to request repeat prescriptions, change your nominated pharmacy, and the provided prescription barcode can be used in pharmacies to collect your medication.
Please note if your repeat prescription is not showing on the app it likely means it requires a review from a GP before it can be re-issued, in this instance please submit an online request as detailed below.

The next best method to request a repeat prescription is by clicking the ‘contact us online’ button below and selecting ‘I have an admin query’. You can then select the repeat prescription button and provide us with all the necessary information.

You can order your repeat prescription by using our online services, SystmOnline. Please allow 7 working days before collecting your prescription.
