Our current practice area is Ashby, Blundeston, Flixton, Lound, North Oulton Broad, Oulton Village, the Parkhill estate and Somerleyton. If you move from this area, you may have to register with another practice.
You can register as a patient at the surgery if you live within the area shown on the map.
Catchment Area
New Patient Registration
If you would like to register with Bridge Road Surgery please do so here. The form will take about 10 minutes to complete and it will take on average 2 working days to get you registered.
Upon registering, you will be assigned a named GP who is responsible for your overall care. If you do not already know who your named GP is, please ask reception. We aim for you to see your named GP but this may not always be possible and you may be offered an appointment with a different clinician.
There is an alternate form available to use if you wish via an online service called [Register with a GP surgery].
Paper forms are still available if you need one.
